Fiberglass Flanges have excellent corrosion resistance . It was made by filament winding process to produce fiberglass tube first, Then CNC process it shape to flange. The type of fiberglass flange ID=152mm with 250mm max diameter. Different size fiberglass flange can be customized.

How to  connect fiberglass flange to fiberglass pipe?

 1. First sand the inside of flange and pipe to make surface smooth. 

2. Second Apply a thin layer of mixed adhesive to the sanded area of the pipe,  Repeat this process with the inside of the flange, applying a layer approximately 1/16” thick. After sealant has been applied, push the flange onto the pipe until it is fully engaged. Make sure you align the bolt holes prior to installing to minimize rotation after the flange is installed.

3. Finally ,Waiting for adhesive -curing. The fiberglass pipe and flanges are ready to use.
